No need to scratch the itch – Drean, Ansoné and Joshua

Delivering a baby in the middle of a world pandemic is not what any family has in mind. It was scary on a whole new level but here they are, 5 months later enjoying everything that their little bundle of joy can bring into their lives.

Drean and Ansoné is a young, fun couple taking parenthood in their stride with their little boy Joshua. Drean is a local business owner, born and bred Northern Cape. Ansoné is a biokineticist, originally from Bloemfontein.

They are like two peas in a pod. Drean is a calm, level headed, fun loving husband and Ansoné is an extrovert with an amazing sense of humour. She is a working mom, juggling owning her own business, seeing clients and looking after Joshua in between the chaos of daily life. Joshua is a lockdown baby, one of the many 2020 children born into the most bazaar circumstances. The couple, however, embraced the situation, and parenthood, and have done an amazing job with their little boy. He may even be the most content child we have met. Expressive and very interested in new faces.

Joshua has been struggling with his skin from the moment he was born. From eczema to heat rash, cradle cap, you name it. His allergies are a daily struggle and he is constantly scratching his face for some sort of relief. Kimberley is well known for its dry climate. That together with the harsh water in the taps, is making life very uncomfortable for this little man.

Ansoné was very happy to receive our Epi-max gift pack to relieve the itching and breakout that Joshua was experiencing. The Epi-max Bathe and Lotion has definitely taken the chronic itching levels down a notch and this makes mom and baby very happy.

Drean loves to play golf and spending hours at a time on the golf course in the hot Kimberley sun, really effects your skin. He was excited to open his hamper and enjoy the Epi-max Man range he received. The gym towel has been added to his golf bag.

The Epi-max team spent the evening of 22 September sharing valuable information with our group of baby mommies. The online session was filled with scientific snippets and practical pointers that helped the mom’s understand the benefits and uses of the range of Epi-max products better. Thank you to Salmari Fourie and her team, for the insights shared and valuable BABY TALK provided!
