Emily is almost a year old. She is also the most adorable, and friendly little girl. Her mom, Lulama takes care of an array of guesthouses on a farm in the heart of the Breedevalley. Her dad, Peter, oversees the irrigation on a Blueberry farm. The couple have made their home here for the last 5 years.
While dad Peter goes about his daily tasks, Emily travels on her mom’s back from guesthouse to guesthouse making sure everything is in top form for their guests arrival.
Emily is extremely fortunate to grow up in a truly diverse home. Her dad is originally from Malawi and her mom from the Eastern Cape, South Africa.
Culturally, Peter and Lulama are quite different, but the one thing that they can agree on without a doubt, are the benefits of natural products and whole foods. They both grew up in rural communities and natural living has always been a part of their lives.
Lulama was extremely excited about the Epi-max hamper. A cautious and protective mother, however, she needed a little more information about our gift to their family.
After we explained more about the ingredients used to formulate the Epi-max products, she was happy to try it on Emily and herself. Peter on the other hand, was a tad more skeptical. Like most men, Peter believed that he does not need to use products such as the ones in our Epi-max Man range. Thanks to his curiosity, once Lulama tried it for herself, he decided to give it a go – and he was overly impressed!
We are happy to convert the “men of the earth” to our Epi-max Man products. Helping them realise that they too need, and deserve to take care of their skin, is quite a thrill.
The Epi-max team spent the evening of 22 September sharing valuable information with our group of baby mommies. The online session was filled with scientific snippets and practical pointers that helped the mom’s understand the benefits and uses of the range of Epi-max products better. Thank you to Salmari Fourie and her team, for the insights shared and valuable BABY TALK provided!
